We have been dating for quite a while, almost four years. Thanks to the online dating site that keeps on pestering me with spam emails. At first, it irritated me, I actually drag it straight into my trash email. Until one day, it sent me an inimitable email. It was enticing and inviting all the same. I opened it, and up to now have no regrets in doing so.
It all occurred during the summer of 2005. There was this lovely young lady with rosy white skin and alluring body. A pair of dazzling almond shaped eyes with a complete set of sparkling teeth forming the perfect smile. Her hair so long, so black and so beautiful. She was a goddess!
She was walking straight and towards my direction. All guys glanced at her as she passed by, you can feel the passion and the admiration from the looks the men gave her. I feel so flattered that the beautiful thing is coming my way. I can see the envious faces of most of the guys. I am such a lucky man today!
She shyly smiled at me, I smiled back consciously. We shook hands and I formally introduced myself. The guy she met from the online dating site. This was our first date. I escorted her to where I made the table reservation and we had lunch. We talked about our personal lives, our likes and dislikes, our hobbies, our jobs and almost everything. We learned a lot about each other. I can feel the passion starting to built up. After lunch, we went to watch her favorite movie and after that we did some window shopping. It was nearly 4pm, we had coffee. After coffee, she invited me to her place as she offered to prepare dinner for us. Oh my, I said yes right away.
We arrived at her place. She lived in a beautiful, cozy and very feminine apartment. The pink drapes matched her pink sofa. She asked me to sit first and offered a drink. I was left watching tv while she prepared our dinner. At 6pm, we ate and I told her the food was really good. She said that she cooked it with love and passion. I was ecstatic. We finished dinner and as I was about to leave, I asked for another date. She said yes. This was the beginning of the rest of our lives.
As I mentioned earlier, it has been almost four years. It is always nice to reminisce.
We are getting married tomorrow, by the way.
